These terms apply to bookings made directly through adelaideluxurystays.com for properties operated by Adelaide Luxury Stays.
Availability, pricing and payment are processed securely through our booking system (Hospitable) with payments handled by Stripe. A booking is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation email. Quoted prices are in Australian dollars and include the nightly rate and any fees disclosed at checkout.
The cancellation terms applicable to your booking are displayed in the booking calendar before payment and in your confirmation email. Date changes are subject to availability — contact us as early as possible.
All properties are strictly no smoking and no parties or events. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing before booking. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am unless otherwise arranged. Breaches of house rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.
Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and for the cost of repairing damage beyond fair wear and tear. Please report any damage or faults promptly. To the extent permitted by law, Adelaide Luxury Stays is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal property.
